Gift Guide 2016: Beauty (Under £15)

19 November 2016

The day has finally come - I'm writing my first gift guide of the year! I thought long and hard over how I'd kick off the holiday season, but thought it would be perfect timing to post this, since the Christmas shopping period is in full swing already. However, I thought it would be a good idea to make an under £15 guide, because not all of us want to spend an absolute fortune, or we have a lot of people to buy for. In honour of this, I've compiled a list of great quality gifts for seriously good prices.

Maybelline The Nudes Palette – As an owner of this, I can already tell you how excellent it is. Each shade has great pigmentation, and there is a very decent range of dramatic and more subtle shades.
TRESemme 24hr Body set: – When I discovered this, I thought it was the most perfect little set for you TRESemme lovers out there. You get a very cute selection of products from the 24hr Body range, including a tiny hairbrush, which sounds pretty practical to me.
The Body Shop Shea Butter bag: I thought this was a real bargain. The Body Shop isn't the cheapest brand out there but, having said that, it has some pretty reasonable things, too. In this set, you get all your basic essentials.
Studio brush set – These literally look like some of the fluffiest brushes I have ever seen. I thought that a set of four very versatile makeup brushes would be as great addition to somebody's stocking. They look like they're of excellent quality, apart from anything else.
Next nail polish set – If you're not up for spending a small fortune on nail polish if you know it might not get use all the time, but you know that the person you're buying for loves a bit of a nail treatment, you may want to check out these Next polishes. For a full-sized set of 4, your getting pretty good for your money. And, let's be honest, you can't really go wrong with neutral shades, can you?
Next Chubby Eye Shader Collection – If you're not a big fan of powder eyeshadows and want a more practical option, I'd recommend eye crayons. And in this little set, you have five great colours to choose from
Zoella Beauty Gingerbread & Bake My Day gift set – This is probably the most festive product on my list because of the gingerbread and cosy scents. Since I have owned and do own a few products from the brand before, I can tell you that the quality is pretty beyond belief considering the very decent prices. I thought this set in particular stood out as a great stocking filler.
Tanya Burr Cosmetics Beautifully Defined palette – The TBC range is one of the best out there, for good quality for decent prices. And this set is no exception, in my opinion. I'd recommend this more for teenagers, only because of the packaging. Otherwise, you have yourself a pretty amazing set of essentials.
OPI Breakfast at Tiffany's set – Honestly, when I discovered this very cute little set, it thought it was perfect for those of you (like me) that never manage to get the the end of nail polish bottles, before they dry out.
New Look Matte & Moisturising lipsticks – Finally, I just thought I'd give these a quick mention, because they look like a very ideal gift for a lipstick lover. It seems to me that getting six lipsticks for £12.99 is a real bargain.

On that note, I've reached the end of my first gift guide of 2016! I really hope this was beneficial during a period that shouldn't be stressful, but somehow is, at times.

Let me know if you want any more gift guides!
