One Top, Three Outfits

30 July 2017

One of the best ways to make different outfits and save money at the same time, is by using a basic item and switching it up to suit different occasions. The top in my wardrobe that I think is best for this, is my white bardot top from New Look, which I bought for £9.99. Not bad, considering there are so many different ways of styling it.

I thought this top was quite good for this time of year, considering it's great with jeans and with shorts and skirts; perfect for the transition from Summer to Autumn. I'm loving the bardot top trend at the moment, as you've probably seen in my latest fashion post, and so I figured I'd show you the different ways I would style it!

Jeans: New Look
Shoes: Marks & Spencer

I thought that this outfit was ideal for the majority of more formal events, but still keeping a pretty easy style, which is perfect for when the weathers a bit off (which is most of the time in Britain!).

Jeans; Hollister
Shoes: Primark
Belt: Primark

I thought that this was the prettiest everyday look! As you can see, I've gone with a real denim theme here, but I just think this top goes best with denim bottoms as opposed to anything else.

Shorts: Topshop (Ashleigh range)
Belt: Primark
Cap: New Look

And finally, we have my favourite outfit of the three. I'm not usually a hat kind of person, but I feel like they're definitely wearable on holiday and summer in general, plus I love the colour and velvet material of this particular one. I love pairing this top with high waisted jeans, as opposed to low rise, but that's just my personal preference.

How many different ways can you wear your clothes? I can tell that the top I used will definitely be a staple piece in my wardrobe.

I can't believe that it's almost August! I feel like I just blinked and skipped July entirely. If you've got any post requests for next month, feel free to let me know!

Love,
